About the Role:
You are expected to lead the implementation of our internal communication strategy, tactical plans and budget in line with Global Communications’ 2024 deliverables. You are also expected to recommend strategies, produce material and mobilise regional teams to execute communication plans to support and promote cross-regional departmental initiatives.
This position is based in Singapore.
Key Accountabilities:
- Serve as a day-to-day cross functional partner to supporting functions to ensure employees are kept informed of key organisational updates.
- Lead and coordinate a cross-regional internal communication network to drive consistent internal communication campaigns and messages across locations.
- Edit, seek approval for message and execute day-to-day local, regional and global email communications.
- Coach and manage senior specialist in Singapore to support internal communications needs.
- Oversee the management of our Internal Communications Corporate Calendar and planning for 2024.
About You:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 7 – 10 years of proven experience in internal communications, corporate communications, or a related field wherein the role required you to regularly interface with C-suite/senior management.
- Possess experience playing a strategic communications advisory role in a culture transformation programme highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal writing skills to develop effective messages, tailoring for different audiences taking account of national, local and cultural sensitivities.
- Strategically think and have the ability to align communication efforts with business goals.
- Strong project management skills and have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Effectively apply project management techniques to successfully deliver on global projects.
- Proficient in using communication tools and platforms.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
