· Ensuring the overall stability and scalability of company products.This includes overseeing the development and implementation of scalable, secure, and robust technology solutions.
· Building the software engineering team. Leading and providing guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback to foster their professional growth and development.
· Providing technical expertise and guidance to the team, resolving technical challenges and ensuring the successful implementation of software solutions.
· Ensuring optimal application of engineering resources in order to meet product development and consumer requirements and ensures the implementation of agile processes.
· Managing the technology budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation and cost optimization.
Job Requirements
· At least 10+ years of experience in software development. At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role such as Software Engineering Manager / CTO / VP of engineering or equivalent.
· Strategic mindset in selecting and implementing development technologies and methodologies to drive business growth.
· Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on driving results.
