Job Summary:

The role of the Marketing Executive is to support all brand and marketing-related activities for the Singapore business. He or she will be partially responsible for key projects implementation and execution. His or her major focus is on the implementation and operation of the marketing plans which includes social media content development, market research, data analysis and return on investments.


Duties and Responsibilities

Essential

  • Design and produce a wide range of digital and print materials, including marketing collateral, emails, web content, promotional materials, and on-site collateral for various events.
  • Manage a diverse area of marketing communication efforts including in-store POS materials, eDMs, website, social media, and digital assets.
  • Develop content and design for IG, TikTok and FB with scheduled postings.
  • Work closely with sales and marketing team on the development and upgrading of marketing or sales support collaterals.
  • Take charge of the visual aspects of our multiple yearly events, creating engaging and relevant on-site collateral that aligns with the event themes and objectives.
  • Skilled in video editing and capable of producing high-quality video content for various platforms.
  • Ability to quickly churn out creative concepts and final designs, especially during peak periods.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all design outputs, including event-specific materials.
  • Lead logo merchandise projects to generate additional sales revenue.
  • Communicate with and coordinate across various stakeholders and other external production resources to ensure optimal delivery of thematic according to proposed designs.

Additional

  • General admin duties and ad hoc projects
  • Support all the sales and marketing events or activities in Singapore or overseas.
  • Perform other general admin duties or ad hoc projects as assigned or needed.


Qualifications/Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Requirements

  • Must possess a Diploma /Degree in Design, visual communications, arts or related fields.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written Chinese is preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of related experience
  • Candidates with basic programming skills and the ability to use Illustrator/ Photoshop has an added advantage.
  • Experienced with leading campaigns through digital platforms such as Facebook, TikTok, XiaoHongShu, Google and more.
  • Meticulous with a creative flair
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Responsible, proactive, and able to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Motivated problem-solver with good time management and multi-tasking abilities to support various projects and brand needs.
