Job Description
As the Merchandising Coordinator, you will be assisting the merchandising department.
- Provide administrative support to the Merchandising Division
- Liaise with vendors, and assisting to maintain our online ecommerce platform, e.g Shopee
- Preparation of Sales Performance reports
- Processing of purchase orders and promotional events
- Co-ordination with internal and external parties and follow up on assigned work tasks
- Assist on any other co-ordination and administrative work assigned by the Managers and Buyers
Requirements:
- Min GCE 'N' Levels or ITE
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel is a must
- Good interpersonal skills
- Independent and detail-oriented
- Strong in coordination
- Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment
