Job Responsibilities:
The role will encompass all tasks related to Lazada and Shopee.
- Product Listing & Delist
- Product listing thumbnail Optimising
- Monthly sales and reporting
- Coordination with buyers’ promotions
- Execute price updates
- Plan and execute digital marketplace campaigns
- Plan and run Digital Ads/budgeting
- Liaise marketplace KAM for all campaigns
- Monitor and handle orders fulfilment
- Customer enquiries and complaints
- Marketplace Chat Service
- Marketplace CMS – Blasting
- Banner and creative Requestion
- Create and keep track marketplace vouchers
- Handle Returns/Refund
- Resolve all billing and discrepancies
- Ensure sufficient stocks on all e-platforms
- Raise PO/RPO for vendors
Job Requirements:
- Preferred candidate with at least Diploma in Marketing/Business/Mass Communications or relevant
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in E-Commerce is required
- Familiar with Microsoft Excel like pivot, formula
- Able to analysis data and sales data
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both written and verbal.
- High initiatives with positive energy and possess positive attitude towards learning.
