Job Responsibilities:

The role will encompass all tasks related to Lazada and Shopee.

  • Product Listing & Delist
  • Product listing thumbnail Optimising
  • Monthly sales and reporting
  • Coordination with buyers’ promotions
  • Execute price updates
  • Plan and execute digital marketplace campaigns
  • Plan and run Digital Ads/budgeting
  • Liaise marketplace KAM for all campaigns
  • Monitor and handle orders fulfilment
  • Customer enquiries and complaints
  • Marketplace Chat Service
  • Marketplace CMS – Blasting
  • Banner and creative Requestion
  • Create and keep track marketplace vouchers
  • Handle Returns/Refund
  • Resolve all billing and discrepancies
  • Ensure sufficient stocks on all e-platforms
  • Raise PO/RPO for vendors

Job Requirements:

  • Preferred candidate with at least Diploma in Marketing/Business/Mass Communications or relevant
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in E-Commerce is required
  • Familiar with Microsoft Excel like pivot, formula
  • Able to analysis data and sales data
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both written and verbal.
  • High initiatives with positive energy and possess positive attitude towards learning.
