Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage daily office operations, ensuring smooth workflow and efficiency
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to support the establishment of the new office
  • Manage office facilities, including equipment, supplies, and maintenance.
  • Provide administrative support to the GM and the team as needed.
  • Coordinate and organize office events, meetings, and travel arrangements.

Job Requirements:

  • Capable of overseeing and managing office operations, including aspects of facilities management
  • Proficient in handling agreements
  • Skilled in drafting policies
  • Experienced in collaborating with corporate secretariat
  • Familiar with legal procedures and frameworks
