Responsibilities:
· Issue Purchase Orders, obtain authorized signatory as per approval policy and place orders with local suppliers.
· Track orders, ensure timely delivery to our warehouse, determine ordering cycle and quantities taking into consideration customers’ indent orders.
· Update record, follow up on documents and inform inter department on the delivery date.
· Ensure goods received are satisfactory, process claims for goods which have defects and request credit note for damaged, unacceptable, or incorrect items.
· Perform stock taking annually.
Requirements:
· Minimum GCE "O" Level / Diploma or equivalent
· With or without related purchasing experience
· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
· Good communication and interpersonal skills
· A good team player with positive work attitude, strong initiative and resilience
