Responsibility:
To oversee the team's work during the workshop and overhaul.
To participate in the evaluation of your subordinates' performance by the organisation.
Job preparation, including but not limited to technical data, a work and personnel plan, a timetable, tools, and techniques. daily meetings with the team in the toolbox after the start.
Accountable for timely and accurate timesheet submissions.
Capable of compiling a handwritten work report with images and data entered according to format templates when the project is finished.
Create a work schedule grant chart using the company’s format.
Accountable for keeping the tools, plant equipment, and workshop clean and in working order at all job sites.
Qualifications:
With BSC degree and two to five years of relevant job experience
Having a maritime engineering diploma and over five years of relevant professional experience
Outstanding technical expertise and problem-solving abilities
Good written and spoken English proficiency
The capacity to operate on one's own
Flexibility and willingness to travel for up to 80% of the time
Proficiency in effective communication and interaction with stakeholders, including customers
proficiency with information management software and tools, such as Microsoft Office
