Our client is a construction company and is looking to hire a M&E Coordinator or Engineer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and management of all M&E works
- Ensure all M&E works are performing on time, within budget and in compliance with all necessary standards, code of practice and safety regulations
- Responsible for the supervision and coordination of M&E works at project site
- Understand Main Contract /Subcontract requirement
- Monitor progress, quality of workmanship and compliance with requirements
- Prepare structural penetration shop-drawing for approval
- Prepare M&E coordination drawings and liaise with Architectural Coordinators and Design Engineers to issue drawing for approval
- Any other duties assigned
Job Requirements:
· Minimum 2 years experience
· For M&E COORDINATOR : Diploma/Specialist Diploma or equivalent
· For M&E ENGINEER : Degree in Mechanical Engineering
· 5.5 day work week, 8AM to 6PM (6 days week during first 6 months)
· Work location is at Aljunied
