About The Role

  • Design, implement, monitor and evaluate programs.
  • To deliver programs, activities and support assistance initiatives for participants who attend Shan You Wellness Community activities.
  • To organize lifestyle activities that enhance psycho-social health.
  • To increase knowledge and skills to improve the self-management of elderly. Improve the quality of life of the elderly by focusing on mental and physical health and help the elderly to have greater control over their daily functioning.
  • Review and lead assistance schemes like the food rations, community meals distribution and befriending schemes.
  • Keep proper records and provide timely records and updates to management.
  • Provide updates on stock inventory and track distribution of supplies, proper record of stock inventory and track distribution of supplies.
  • Source for sponsorships and donations (cash/in-kind) to meet the supplies required by clients together with the Community Partnerships team.
  • Manage and engage volunteers together with the Community Partnerships team.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned.


Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma in related fields (e.g. social work, community services). Bachelor’s Degree Preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in programme management. Minimum 2 years in social service agencies/IPC charities is preferred.
  • Good oral and written communication skills.
  • Passionate in working with stakeholders and good interpersonal skills.
  • Committed to contribute to the social cause.
  • Willing to learn and be guided.
  • Good stakeholder and programme management skills.
  • Able to work effectively independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Willing to work on Saturdays.
