Position: Clinic Assistant
Salary: $2300 - $2500
Working Location: Jurong West

5 Day Shift
Annual Leave 14 Days
JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
· Provide receptionist duties at front counter including answering phone calls, registration, maintaining appointments
· Prepare and dispense medications
· Cashiering duties including payment collection, filing for relevant claims, submission of eClaims via claim portal etc
· Administrative duties including maintaining simple filing, etc
· Clinical duties including chaperoning doctors, performing basic tests on patient (ECG, vision test etc.)
· Inventory duties including monitoring stock levels, ordering medicines etc
· Ensuring the cleanliness and hygiene of the clinic
· Any other duties assigned by the Supervisor
· Working experience in a medical clinic (preferred), anyone willing to learn is welcome. Training is provided.
· Responsible individual, hardworking, willing to learn, customer-oriented and with a high level of integrity.
· Preferably can commence work immediately or short notice.
