- Reinstatement works involving casting back the existing opening by steel beam and bondek slab.
- Removal of internal staircase and lift support system, removal of the internal steel structure for auditorium, removal of lift pit and escalator pit, provide steel beam strengthening and FRP strengthening below the existing PT slab & removal of RC bin center.
- Schedule is April 2024 to December 2024.
- At least 5 years of supervisory experience in supervision of Civil & Structural Works including RC, Steel Works, Composite Structure, Bondek construction, bolt & end plate installation for steel beam, Structural Demolition (RC and Steel) Works.
- Particular experience in supervision of structural steel works, composite structures, bondek construction, post tensioned structure and temporary works.
- Particular experience in supervision of architectural and M&E` works will be an added advantage.
- Particular experience in FRP strengthening works.
- Possess Polytechnic Diploma in Civil Engineering or CIDB’s NCCS training certificate.
- Registered with BCA/IES/ACES as Resident Technical Officer.
- Must be working as full time RTO and cannot working as part time RTO during service.
