Maintenance Specialist | HSE Management Specialist | Tuas
Location: Tuas Avenue 6
Working Days: 5 days (Mon-Fri)
Working hours : 7:30am to 5:15pm
Salary Range: $3k - 4k
Job Responsibilities
- Monitor the machines and company equipments operational performance and condition
- Conduct preventive maintenance to machine and company equipments as per schedule
- Review and update all existing machine maintenance documents
- Prepare and design the spare parts for machines and company equipments
- Report any unsafe conditions and practices to Production Manager
- Assist of production and purchasing department of manufacturing / purchasing spare parts
- Monitor spare parts stock level and raising purchase order
- Managing, delegating and training the maintenance group
- Involve in the implementation and continuous maintenance of HSE Management System
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Production Manager
Accountable
- Meeting department quality objectives
- Ensure maximized machine uptime
- Ensure planned preventive maintenance is carried out effectively to minimize machine down time
- Ensure sustainable continuous improvement initiatives are carried out on machine, equipment and facilities
Job Requirements
Skill Requirements
- Knowledge of precision machining machineries, equipment and facilities
- Knowledge of repair and maintenance on machineries and equipment
- Knowledge of Environment, Health & Safety
Education, Experience & Training
- Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical or Mechatronic Engineering
- 5 years experiences in machine repair and maintenance

- Quality Management and its related Quality Procedures
