Recruitment (Blue collar to Executive positions)
- Manage all aspects of the recruitment process, including pre-screening, on-site interviews, offering of employment and onboarding
- Identify, attract and source hard-to-find passive talent using different niche sites/online channels and other social platforms and professional networks
- Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements
- To organize and participate in the relevant career events and local job fairs to broaden the hiring needs
- Liaise and work closely with the hiring manager on recruitment needs and deliver consistent and timely manpower results
- Manage and prioritize and close jobs in a timely and effective manner
- Research and apply strategic recruitment and retention policies to meet HR goals and mission
- Review, recommend and administer retention/reward/employee benefit schemes for the organization
- Prepare and/or collate HR reports, manpower forecasts
- Responsible in the drafting and releasing of various HR letters to staff involved (e.g. Letter of Appointments, Extension Letters, Acceptance of Resignation Letters etc.)
Human Resource
- Process work pass applications, issuance, renewal and cancellations.
- Process submission of IR21, IR8A, Work Injury, Maternity/Paternity/Childcare leave, NS-pay, CPF and other Government Claims.
- Support training related matters including coordination or enrolment of internal & external courses, update & maintain training record etc.
- Maintain accurate HR database and up-to-date employee’ records (Pfile and lark account) for accurate reporting.
- Handle staff leaves, claims and renewal of insurance (WICA, Medical Insurance, etc.).
- Assist with annual salary review/appraisal and bonus exercises (Blue collar to Executive positions).
- Handle all employee inquiries or grievances on HR-related matters
- Ensure HR Policies comply with current Employment Act and Government Regulation.
- Handle employee satisfaction surveys
- Ensure office supplies and equipment are maintained including employees’ IT equipment, uniforms, stationeries, etc
- Responsible for office facilities management (maintenance and security, etc.)
- Handle company’s insurance policies, licenses, agreements / contracts, etc
- Booking or process of air ticket, visa, travel insurance and hotel accommodation.
- Manage the planning and execution of corporate events and festive packs, etc
- Support other general administrative duties such as preparing HR reports, employees’ letter, memorandums, notices, etc
- Sourcing and manage vendors to upkeep office image
- Assist in HR projects and other HR initiatives when required
- Support the team with other responsibilities as required.
Requirements:
- Min Diploma in HR Management, Business Studies, Office Administration or equivalent
- At least 2 years’ experience in recruitment and business partnering
- Well-organized, meticulous, able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and strong in execution
- Organized, good coordination & follow-up skills
- Competent in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
- Proficiency in written and spoken English & Chinese (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking counterparts)
