Responsible cost control, billing and remeasurement for the assigned Project(s), but not limited to the below;
a) Cost Control Functions:
- Review initial budget and prepare execution budget (Execution budget shall be discussed and agreed with all stakeholders prior TCC reporting);
- Responsible for day-to-day cost control matters;
- Monitor and report all cost control matters; and bring to PCM and PM attention should there be any abnormal cost incurred/overrun;
- Forecast cost in consultant with PCM and PM;
- Verifiy vendor and/or subcontractor invoices;
b) Billing
- Forecast and monitor the project invoice and payment status;
- Responsible for invoice supporting documents compilation;
- Handle change management claim (including prepare variation order request, attend commercial meeting, monitor and update variation order register)
c) Remeasurement
- Update Bill of Quantity (BOQ);
- Conduct material take-off (MTO) submission and settlement with client;
- Verify subcontractor MTO;
- Provide material reconciliation;
- Lead and supervise the Quantity Surveyor in the same project(s);
- Appoint as Subject Matter Expert in Cost Control, Billing or Remeasurement Functions.
Guide the junior Quantity Survey under his/her subject matter.
This position is based in Batam, Indonesia.
