We are a M&E specialist contractor and we are looking for a responsible individual with drive to coordinate and manage construction projects. The job descriptions are given below:
To assist the Project Manager in the following works:
Liaise with consultants and main-contractors and attend site meetings to ensure the project proceeds smoothly.
Review project specification and technical clarifications.
Prepare shop drawings, as-built drawings, progress claims and other project execution documentations.
Plan, lead and supervise workers on site.
Monitor project progress and prepare progress report.
Ensure site construction works are carried out as per requirements in the drawings / specification (Pass down all relevant information to the foreman or supervisor at site).
Inspect site construction work to ensure quality of work.
Prepare, submit and follow up with authorities on approval and clearance.
Ensure the safety and well-being of workers.
Requirement
NiTEC holders in Building Services Engineering with at least 3 -4 years experiences
Diploma holders in Building Services Engineering with at least 2 years experiences
Knowledge in AutoCAD, and familiar with BIM will be a plus point.
