Senior Accountant/Assistant Finance Manager
Working day: Mon – Fri 9am - 6pm
Salary range: $4000 - $6000
Working Location: New Tech Park (Office) - (Bishan)
Job requirements
- Possess a bachelor’s degree in accounting, ACCA qualification or equivalent
- Excellent knowledge of IFRS Reporting requirements
- Excellent knowledge of tax computation and reporting requirements
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experiences
- Experience in managing multiple entities an added advantage
- Experience in External audit an added advantage
- Knowledge of sophisticated ERP an added advantage
Job scope
- Manage financial closing process and audit for Singapore entities
- Perform costing analysis, identifying and highlight areas of improvement to Business unit to assess in improving overall margin
- Involve in month end closing process from preparing journal to prepare management report
- Review financial data and prepare monthly, quarterly and annual report for analysis
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax agents to ensure compliance and accurate financial reporting
- Ensure timely and accurate monthly reporting of entity financial statements including supporting of group reporting pack
- Review of GST computation and form to ensure compliance with GST Laws
- Prepare audit schedules or balance sheet reconciliation to ensure items are clear off on timely basis
- Oversee the cost control function with support from the team
- Liaise with Auditors, Tax Agent and/ or any consultant regarding Accounting and Taxation matter
