Responsibilities:
- Handling inbound and outbound calls, including verification of New Business cases
- Taking call back requests during peak hours
- Managing outgoing mails, ensuring timely hand over to mailroom
- Supporting the CSEs in other admin duties
Requirements:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, including call handling
- Good listening skills
- Working hours: Mon-Fri 9am - 6pm
- Office location: Shenton Way
