· Prepare cylinder aging report
· Prepare Cylinder & Tank Assets Movement List (HOD report)
· Updated Empty Cylinder Receipt (ECR)
· Prepare empty cylinder receipts
· Prepared stock report includes entry of Goods receipt Notes
· Generate cylinder rental invoices
· Update Tank Movement
· Prepare EXCO monthly reports (including KPI, truck utilization, month stock take report)
· File all related documents (factory & machinery maintenance record) in a proper and systematic manner
