Job Scope

  • Handle customer enquiries through emails and calls or forward to the relevant department for assistance.
  • Update Company contact list (Excel spreadsheet, Portal, Linkus App)
  • Update of ownership Listing.
  • Ensure all letters are franked properly, fund requisition, (Update total numbers of letters frank into the spreadsheet every end of the day) and ordering of ink cartridges (When needed).
  • Assigning company referral cases to agents, following up with calls, and updating the spreadsheet.
  • Assisting to forward the commercial listing emails
  • Other ad hoc duties as assigned by the manager.
  • Provide prompt frontline services and perform administrative tasks and reception duties.
  • Attending to walk-in, phone and email enquiries
  • Maintain proper filing and disposal of confidential documents
  • Identify and assess our salespersons' need to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with our salespersons through open and interactive communication
  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits; and follow up to ensure resolution
  • Take the extra mile to engage our salespersons
  • Assist in liaising and creating agency collaterals like name card design, mailers, etc
  • Assist in the design and creation of graphics, and layouts for making name cards

Requirements

  • Diploma holder of any discipline with 1 - 5 years of experience
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Team player and foster a cooperative work environment
  • Knowledge of creative design tools (e.g. Photoshop/Illustrator/Indesign/Canva) will be a plus point
