Responsibility
- Understand current and future business goals and ongoing IT issues to ensure business success
- Ensure that employees are following computer use policies, information security and privacy
- Maintenance of network infrastructure, hardware, CCTV, communication & GPS systems
- Software troubleshooting Window OS
- Resolve day to day IT issues in the office
- Outlook installation, MS Exchange Mgmt, Antivirus Deployment
- Work on standalone IT projects as and when it is required
Requirements
- Diploma or Higher Nitec studied in IT or related fields
- Preferable with at least 1-2 years of relevant working experience
- In depth knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory
- Windows Server, Microsoft System Centre
- Strong networking skills– emphasis on virtual infrastructure and WAN networking
