• Provide support to the commercial team in special projects, such as preparing presentations, coordinating events, etc.
• Organize and coordinate Sales, Marketing, Distribution & Loyalty (SMDL)-related meetings
• Travel arrangements for the team
• Ensure that all database and records (contacts distribution list, SOP, etc.) are maintained and updated in a timely manner
• Manage Purchase Orders (PO) and track the team’s costs and expenses
• Manage and distribute communications (memos and announcements) to hotels and relevant stakeholders
