< Job Requirements >
Candidate must be equipped with:
· Bachelor’s Degree or above
· At least 5 years of working experience in providing consulting services
· Basic research and hypothesis building skills
· Excellent analytical, problem solving and communication skills
· Experience of developing new businesses, especially in financial fields
· Experience of accelerating digital transformation for clients
· M&A related consulting skills, especially project management skills for M&A activities
· Excellent command of spoken and written Japanese language to liaise with our clients and counterparts in Japan
