Responsibilities
Reporting to the Manager, you will assist in providing unfaltering IT support to our valued clients, in Windows environments.
Specific tasks include:
- Seamless implementation of upgrades and new infrastructure
- To provide day-to-day technical support to end users and ensure the smooth running of computers, network devices and printers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve end user application issues, maintain and update technical support documentation.
- Take the ownership and responsibility for assigned incidents, requests, or tasks and follow them up until resolved.
- Install and configure any software solutions that the client is requesting.
- Work to SLA’s and prioritize workload to meet contractual needs.
- Maintaining complete documentation on IT asset management for client.
Requirements
- Diploma Holder in Computer Science or equivalent preferred.
- At least 2-4 years working experience in a Technical Support role.
- Applicants should be fully conversant with the Installation, configuration and maintenance of Microsoft Environments.
- Experience with server configuration will be a plus.
- All other skills taken into consideration upon job application.
