Job Description:
Join us as a Facial Spa Sales Consultant! We're seeking individuals with a passion for skincare and sales acumen to provide personalized recommendations to our valued clients.
Responsibilities:
Utilize Professional Machines: Scan customers' skin using professional equipment to assess their skincare needs.
Recommend Skincare Sets: Suggest suitable skincare sets and products based on the skin analysis.
Maximize Sales: Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively promoting skincare solutions.
Client Satisfaction: Ensure each client receives exceptional service and leaves satisfied with their skincare recommendations.
Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest skincare trends and product offerings.
Maintain Cleanliness: Assist in maintaining a clean and inviting spa environment.
Promote Special Offers: Inform clients about promotions and special offers to drive sales.
Work Sundays: Be available to work on Sundays, as sales tend to be highest on this day.
Qualifications:
Previous sales experience in the skincare or beauty industry.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Passion for skincare and staying updated on industry trends.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Must be proactive, motivated, and results-oriented.
