Responsibilities:
- Attend to customer inquiry, quotation, escalation & order fulfilment issues.
- Coordinate the sales activities between the Sales Team, with the Sale Program Manager, Sales Coordinator and Costing Team.
- Coordinate with Production, Purchasing, Warehouse & Logistics departments to ensure the production scheduling & on-time delivery.
- Project management on new turn-on projects.
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- 3 - 5 years relevant working experience in electronic industry is preferred.
- Diploma/ Degree in Business Management
- Able to work in a fast pace environment.
- Experience in using SAP, BAAN and etc.
- Good knowledge in MS Excel (e.g. V-Look Up) will be an added advantage.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin in order to handle queries and feedback from Mandarin speaking customers.
- Must be a team player.
