The appointee will be part of the SPiNOFF team and be responsible for duties primarily related to SPiNOFF student's finance and SPiNOFF events.
Responsibilities:-
· Be the first point of contact for SPiNOFF Students regarding finance-related matters
· Provide administrative support in the SPiNOFF Small Project Fund initiatives
· Work with students to ensure timely submission of their monthly general ledgers and ensure that the ledgers submitted are filled in accurately and according to the receipts/ invoices submitted
· Work with the SP Finance team on the new finance process and updates (if any)
· Prepare monthly reports and updates on the student team’s finance submissions
· Provide support in the planning and coordination of SPiNOFF events and initiatives
· Provide on-the-ground operation support for SPiNOFF events and initiatives
· Any other works which may arise
Requirements:-
- Preferably 2 years of relevant experience, prior experience with finance is an added advantage
- Proficient in MS Office applications (especially Word and Excel)
- Good team player who is self-motivated and can complete tasks within deadlines set
- Able to work independently
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
- Possess problem-solving skills
