The SingHealth Regional Health System (RHS) drives SingHealth’s efforts in developing and strengthening partnerships across care providers in the eastern region, both private and public, and across care settings – tertiary, primary and community care, to empower our population to keep well, get well and live well in their communities and homes. The RHS provides oversight of all care integration programmes across the cluster for all SingHealth Care Integration and Healthier SG initiatives and provides overarching strategic direction to the various programmes under its’ purview. It also provides support service development, as well as monitors and evaluates key population health initiatives.
You will support the evaluation of population health initiatives at SingHealth RHS. You will assist with developing the programme evaluation plans, engaging the programme stakeholders, coordinating meetings, performing literature review and data collection through surveys and interviews. You will support the preparation of meeting minutes, reports and manuscripts. You will also assist with planning and organizing training workshops and scientific symposiums.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Public Health, Social Sciences, Psychology, Health Sciences or any related discipline
- Experience in conducting interviews and/or focus group discussions would be preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong writing and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task and work in a dynamic environment
- Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19
