Job Description:
We're looking for a Facial Spa Boutique Manager to lead our team. If you have experience in the spa industry, understand facial treatments, enjoy delivering great client experiences, and can lead a team effectively, we'd love for you to apply.
Responsibilities:
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate our team to create a positive work environment.
Client Experience: Ensure every client has a personalized and enjoyable spa visit.
Sales Targets: Help the team meet sales goals each month.
Service Excellence: Make sure our service quality remains high through regular training and evaluations.
Operational Oversight: Manage day-to-day spa operations, including scheduling and inventory.
Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest skincare products and treatments.
Marketing and Promotion: Work with the marketing team to attract new clients.
Financial Management: Keep track of the spa's budget and profitability.
Can work on Sunday as sales best on Sun.
Qualifications:
Previous spa management experience, especially in facials and skincare.
Strong leadership skills.
Knowledgeable about facial treatments and spa operations.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to maintain a clean and safe spa environment.
