You will support Group Nursing in the planning, implementation, coordination and evaluation of projects and initiatives in alignment with Group Nursing’s Strategic Plan. You will manage the operational and administrative functions, prepare reports, and utilise analytics to evaluate project effectiveness. You will also monitor the expense account for the projects and ensure that they fall within the allocated budget.
You will be assigned to support different projects. You will support the initiatives and projects arising from the SingHealth Sterile Services Shared Services, SingHealth Perioperative Nursing Council, and Nursing Operations Shared Service or you will support SingHealth Nursing Serious Game initiatives where you are required to analyse game data to identify areas that needs improvements, support the nursing operational arm for one Electronic Medical Record (EMR) and manage the administration of Nursing councils and training awards for nurses.
You will act as the main liaison between different institutions to facilitate the smooth running of cluster nursing initiatives and coordinate with training course providers and SingHealth nurses on registration for approved nursing courses. You will handle, track, and oversee the disbursement of award funding. You will also be involved in planning the annual SingHealth Nursing events and coordinate grant calls/award calls nominations.
You will provide secretariat support to cluster nursing meetings and assigned Nursing Councils. You are required to strategise and organise targeted forums and focus group sessions to identify gaps and solutions to meet the needs of our nurses. You will also develop and update nursing policies and guidelines.
