Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day purchasing operations across various internal departments
- Create purchase requests and orders for non-technical items
- Monitor order progress to ensure timely delivery
- Process all invoices and document receipts in the BC system
- Validate charges from local ports, external launches, and freight services
- Coordinate the procurement of food and freshwater
- Handle purchases for internal launches
- Perform additional tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in similar or related industries
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team with a positive attitude
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
