- Must Have Knowledge of Setting Up.
- Able to lead a team of workers and involved in manpower work with workers.
-To Co-ordinate with clients,main-contractors and workers on all project aspects to ensure smooth and timely implementation.
-Inspect construction work to ensure complaiance with requiments and regulations.
-Ability to read drawing and specifications.
-Attending site management meetings.
-Handle project documentation,monitoring of site activities,material requistion,cost control, project supervisior and schedule of works.
-Plan and execute the construction worker's daily work schedule.
- In- Charge of construction site safety measures and procedures.
- Excellent oral communication skills.
- Hardworking.
- Any other ad-hor duties that may be assigned from time to time.
