Description
- Responsible for day-to-day operations of the Warehouse Department
- Assist in monitoring inventory, including physical counts and ensuring inventory levels are maintained accurately
- Performing picking, packing, issuance of inventory including pesticides, chemicals and materials
- Loading and unloading of cargo stocks
- Conduct inspection on incoming and outgoing materials and items
- Responsible for the opening and closing of warehouse
- Ensure 5S (Shine, Standardize, Sustain, Safety, Set in Order) for Warehouse and proper housekeeping is achieved
- Ensure compliance to safety policies and procedures throughout the warehouse facility
- Ensures proper storage of all inventory and no prohibited materials are being stored in the warehouse and is compliant to corporate safety and local regulatory guidelines
- Attending safety meetings and conducts regular safety walk through in warehouse
- To be involved in internal/external audits
- Responsible for reports and other required general administration duties
Requirements
- Minimum "O" Level and above
- Candidates possess Forklift license and knowledge of Navision will be an added advantage
- Physically fit
- Good team player with positive work attitude
