We are looking for a person responsible for managing all aspects of our logistical and warehousing operations.
Responsibilities:
- Oversees all inbound and outbound activities, warehouse operations and Organisation
- Responsible for proper picking and packing and organizing of storage areas for easy retrievals
- Setup layout and ensure efficient space utilization
- Mange stock control and reconcile with data storage system
- inventory management
- Oversees daily operations
- Coordinate with other departments as required to ensure smooth flow of material movement and operations
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following and enforcing standards and procedures and complying with legal regulations
- Monitors condition and maintenance of operating/ material handling equipment
- Performs other job related functions as and when required by management
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in logistics/warehouse management
- Strong knowledge in inventory management, logistics, warehousing and end-to-end inbound and outbound operations
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities under tight deadlines
- Analytical and proactive: a self-starter that thrives in a fast-paced and demanding environment, with experience in setting up an effective and efficient logistics workflows that adapts to changes in expectation from customers and staff
- Takes ownership, an inventive problem-solver, and maintain a high level of accountability
