· Plan, execute, monitor and control works program and activities for
projects.
· Manage the project site by overseeing the day to day running of all
matters related to the construction of the project and leading the project site team in day-today operation.
· Monitoring of project budget
· Attend progress meeting and liaise with consultants, main contractors.
Clients and relevant authorities.
· Attend regular site meetings.
· Supervise and monitor the site labour force and the work of subcontractors.
· Resolve any or other site related technical problems encountered.
· Report to management on the project progress.
· Perform site coordination with operation/site managers/supervisors.
· Review and approve Risk Assessment for project.
· Co-ordinate safety meeting.
· Identify work risks together with operation manager, site manager and
site personnel.
· Oversee quality control and safety and health matters on the site.
· Planning, implementing and monitoring the work schedule with the
required workforce according to the master and detailed work
programmes.
· Assist in tendering, feasibility study etc.
· Participate in ISO and Biz programmes of the Company.
· Any other duties as assigned by the Management from time to time.
