Job Responsibilities:
Salesforce Administrator:
- Manage the existing Salesforce application, including enhancing, troubleshooting, and reviewing functionalities.
- Generate business reports and develop new reports as needed.
- Coordinate with external Salesforce vendors for all related requirements.
General IT:
- Supervise and maintain all IT systems, including hardware, software, and network infrastructure.
- Provide technical support to retail outlets, addressing computer and software issues, troubleshooting, and resolving technical problems promptly.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand and address IT needs and requirements, ensuring smooth operations across all locations.
- Generate business reports using Salesforce and NOVA POS systems, presenting relevant data and insights to stakeholders.
- Stay updated on the latest technological advancements and suggest relevant solutions to improve IT infrastructure and operations.
- Conduct regular system audits to identify potential issues and implement necessary upgrades or enhancements for optimal performance.
- Manage data security and backup systems to ensure the protection of sensitive information.
- Assist other departments in setting up and maintaining domains and websites.
- Provide training and support to end-users on IT systems, imparting essential guidance and knowledge for efficient technology usage.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers to resolve technical issues, manage contracts/subscriptions, and maintain the optimal performance of IT systems.
- Stay informed about industry trends and advancements, proposing and implementing best practices to enhance IT operations.
Job Requirement:
- Possession of a minimum a Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Possession of Salesforce application certification is required.
- Demonstrated experience in an IT Manager role or a comparable position, preferably within a multi-location retail setting.
- Essential proficiency in computer systems, hardware, software, and network infrastructure.
- Familiarity with NOVA POS systems is advantageous.
- Effective problem-solving and troubleshooting aptitude, efficiently handling technical challenges.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating effective collaboration with teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented setting, adeptly managing multiple tasks and priorities.
- Prior experience in the retail industry is highly desirable.
