Overview:

We seek a dynamic and organised individual to join our team as an Assistant to the Head of Sales. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting and enhancing the efficiency of our sales operations, both online and offline. This position requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.


Requirements and skills:

  • Has at least 2+ years of experience in the sales admin role
  • Proven working experience in sales & E-commerce
  • ‘Proficiency in English & Mandarin
  • Strong analytical skills & organised
  • Proficiency in Excel & VlookUp
  • Manages more than 1000+ SKUs
  • Familiar with sales principles and customer service practices
  • Track record of over-achieving sales quota
  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer service focus
  • Friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality
  • Accounting experience

Key Responsibilities:

1. Administrative Support:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Head of Sales.
  • Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed.

2. Communication Liaison:

  • Act as a liaison between the Head of Sales and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Handle inquiries and correspondence promptly and professionally.

3. Sales Coordination:

  • Assist in coordinating and organising sales meetings, events, etc.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and initiatives.

4. Data Analysis:

  • Analyse sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Generate regular reports to provide insights into sales performance.

5. Online Sales Support:

  • Collaborate with the creative & digital marketing team to support online sales efforts.
  • Monitor and analyse online sales metrics, proposing strategies for improvement.

6. Offline Sales Support:

  • Assist in coordinating offline sales activities.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless offline sales operations.

7. Customer Relationship Management:

  • Support in maintaining and managing customer relationships.
  • Assist in resolving customer inquiries and issues.
