Assistant Manager (Procurement)

Cpg Facilities Management Pte Ltd

  • Assist the Head of Procurement in managing market analysis databases across the market.
  • Serve as the main administrator for the procurement system and support the Head of Procurement and operations in sourcing and tendering.
  • Update and maintain vendor’s records and documentation.
  • Collaborate with key professionals to ensure clarity of the tender specifications and timeline.
  • Enter negotiations with vendors on prices and contract terms.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Procurement, Supply Chain
    Management, Business Administration, Building, Quantity
    Surveying or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in a procurement-
    related field.
  • Procurement knowledge, and proficiency in the use of MS
    Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Good Communication and writing skills.
