As a Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing business processes and policies, collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders. You will work closely with the product manager and ICT teams to develop the system and support the onboarding of users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze existing policies, processes, systems, and data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Develop a deeper understanding of operational workflows and maintain up-to-date documentation of policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with business units, corporate departments, and key stakeholders to elicit and define business needs using user-centric methodologies and develop business cases.
- Design and implement policy and process improvements, identifying opportunities for product development to enhance operational outcomes.
- Document and translate business needs into functional and technical requirements, working closely with product teams to deliver solutions.
- Identify interdependencies across projects and strategize coordination in collaboration with relevant teams.
- Support business transition and drive change by engaging key stakeholders and end users.
- Own and maintain an overview of business operations health, providing insights and analytics to inform decision-making.
- Provide regular updates and reporting to management, highlighting key findings, recommendations, and progress toward operational goals.
- Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to business operations and process improvement.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role, preferably in business operations or process improvement.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and interpret data.
- Good understanding of user-centric principles and/or service design.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to propose innovative solutions.
- Effective communication, both written and verbal, with the capability to convey complex information to stakeholders at all levels.
- Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques such as Python, SQL, or data visualization software is a bonus.
