Responsibilities:
- Coordinate between utility agencies and construction team on excavation works, services diversion, and reinstatement work near underground or utility services
- Work closely with utility agencies to provide updates on construction site, utility damages, or unknown service
- Supervise subcontractors’ works to ensure timely completion and quality standards of project
- Monitor to ensure that utilities and M&E works executed are in accordance with statutory requirements, construction procedures, and safe work practices
- Programming works schedule and monitoring building progress, compliance with regulations, and costs
Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering/Civil Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years' relevant experience on civil construction projects
- Must have experience on Singapore LTA road/viaducts/ civil infrastructure projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD would be at an advantage
- Self-motivated
- Able to work independently
