Job Description
- Leading Marketing and Sales Department, responsible for sales target.
- Develop annually marketing and sales strategy and plan in line with the Company's business development goals.
- Attend or host events to generate leads and clients’ relationship maintain.
- Responsible for team’s regional channel customer development result (with a focus on Web3, blockchain or financial clients), especially on ROI achievement.
- Responsible for internal and external communication coordination and feedback follow-up between clients and teams.
Requirement
- Min. Bachelor Degree in Business, Finance, Management, Marketing or any relevant field of studies.
- Web3 or Blockchain sales experience is a MUST.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Development and Sales with familiarity in the blockchain related industry, and possesses large network of client’s resources.
- Excellent ability to develop large customer resources, capable of creating a regional customer map through point resources and radiating resource networks.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, excellent verbal expression abilities, and robust capabilities in customer development and relationship management.
- Team-leading with strong communication coordination, organizational abilities, and execution skills.
