What you will be working on
- Utilise emerging technologies to modernise and optimise CPFB’s records management processes.
- Utilise data analytics tools and reporting capabilities to derive actionable insights from CPFB’s records.
- Develop and execute strategies for the effective management of digital records within CPFB.
- Administer records systems in accordance with established standards such as IM4L, IM8, and other emerging requirements.
- Collaborate with system vendors to address identified problem areas and develop effective solutions.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and post-implementation verification to validate system functionality and performance.
- Provide consultation and support to users and stakeholders on records systems and records management-related matters.
- Support the Department/Group in budget administration, risk management, or other assigned areas as needed.
- Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of records management team members to ensure high-quality service delivery and continuous improvement.
What we are looking for
- At least 4 years of experience in records management, with a focus on digital records and information governance.
- Prior experience in managing or contributing to IT projects preferred
- Proficiency in emerging technologies and data analytics tools relevant to records management.
- Experience in using artificial intelligence, robotic process automation (RPA), or machine learning technologies is beneficial for effectively leveraging advanced tools and techniques in records management processes.
- Strong understanding of records management standards, regulations, and best practices
- Experience with vendor management, including contract negotiation and performance evaluation.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate will hold the corporate title of Manager/Senior Manager/Assistant Director, with seniority based on individual work experiences.
