What you will be working on

  • Utilise emerging technologies to modernise and optimise CPFB’s records management processes.
  • Utilise data analytics tools and reporting capabilities to derive actionable insights from CPFB’s records.
  • Develop and execute strategies for the effective management of digital records within CPFB.
  • Administer records systems in accordance with established standards such as IM4L, IM8, and other emerging requirements.
  • Collaborate with system vendors to address identified problem areas and develop effective solutions.
  • Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and post-implementation verification to validate system functionality and performance.
  • Provide consultation and support to users and stakeholders on records systems and records management-related matters.
  • Support the Department/Group in budget administration, risk management, or other assigned areas as needed.
  • Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of records management team members to ensure high-quality service delivery and continuous improvement.

What we are looking for

  • At least 4 years of experience in records management, with a focus on digital records and information governance.
  • Prior experience in managing or contributing to IT projects preferred
  • Proficiency in emerging technologies and data analytics tools relevant to records management.
  • Experience in using artificial intelligence, robotic process automation (RPA), or machine learning technologies is beneficial for effectively leveraging advanced tools and techniques in records management processes.
  • Strong understanding of records management standards, regulations, and best practices
  • Experience with vendor management, including contract negotiation and performance evaluation.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will hold the corporate title of Manager/Senior Manager/Assistant Director, with seniority based on individual work experiences.

  • Position is on a 1-year full-time contract directly under the payroll of CPF Board with an option to renew, contingent upon confirmation and subject to organisational needs. Additionally, there is potential for emplacement into a permanent position
