Responsibilities
· Managing the day-to-day operations of mobile games.
· Monitoring game performance: The game operations specialist monitors game performance to ensure that the game is running smoothly and that players are not experiencing any issues.
· Troubleshooting technical issues: They troubleshoot technical issues and work with the development team to resolve any problems that arise.
· Analyzing game data: They analyze game data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvements.
· Managing game updates: They manage game updates and work with the development team to ensure that updates are released on time and without any issues.
· Managing game events: They plan and manage game events to keep players engaged and excited about the game.
· Community management: They engage with the game community and respond to player inquiries, feedback, and concerns.
· Developing and implementing game policies: They develop and implement game policies, such as rules of conduct and terms of service, to ensure that players have a positive gaming experience.
Qualifications
· Mobile or PC game players, basic understanding of the gaming industry, familiar with various types of video games and mobile games.
· Strong ability of logical thinking. Have a brief knowledge of game designing, development, or operations.
· Experience in one or more operation-related fields, including but not limited to product event designing, gaming experience, data analysis, online communities, customer support, player management, etc.
· Willingness to work with teams, ability to communicate and express in a clear manner, and a strong sense of responsibility.
·Able to communicate in English & Mandarin (to liaise with Chinese speaking associates)
