Key Job Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze user requirements, prepare detailed functional specifications & related documents in compliance with organizational standards and procedures
- Main contact person between business users and technical team to ensure system and product requirement as well as timeline understanding are agreed and aligned
- Work with IT development team in system and product deliveries, and ensure all tasks assigned to the team meets the prescribed delivery schedule and quality
- Work closely with test management to formulate test strategy for end-to-end testing, support SIT, UAT and, deployment to production
- To perform and support application / system testing including functional, non-functional and interface tests, spanning the entire testing life cycle from test management and strategy, test planning, test scenarios / case / data preparation, test execution and problem resolution
- Facilitate communication with all stakeholders to ensure deliverables are delivered on time
- Takes accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks
- Maintains awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats, and technologies to understand the risk and better safeguard the company
- Highlights any potential concerns /risks and proactively shares best risk management practices
Minimum Job Requirements
- Degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent level of computing discipline
- Minimum 1-2 years of IT/Software-focused business analyst or project management experience preferably in Telco/MVNO industry
- Ability to bring stakeholders from across business units together and facilitate requirement sessions
- Ability to work with IT vendors and business stakeholders in multiple locations /countries.
