Assistant Finance Manager

Omnisense Systems Private Limited

Job Description:

  • Responsible for overall finance management and accounting function.
  • Prepare monthly consolidation financial statements and reporting pack.
  • Manage budgeting, costing, cash flow and forecasting.
  • Handle internal / external audit, taxation, GST submission and finance related statutory declarations.
  • Review and ensure compliance for all accounting entries.
  • Lead the team in operational and financial matters.
  • Assist in the implementation of policies and procedures.
  • Provide support and assistance in other finance-related tasks and projects as needed.
  • Coordinate with all departments and provide administration support.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Degree in Accountancy or equivalent qualification.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Exposure to costing accounting would be an advantage.
  • Leadership experience.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Organised, good time management and great attention to details.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and possess a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
