Job Description:
Volunteers Engagement
- Ensure smooth running and coordination of programmes/events/trainings (digital/onsite), including liaising with partners, vendors and volunteers etc
- Plan and conduct surveys to evaluate feedback
- Prepare marketing and publicity materials, conceptualise ideas and designs to promote the events/programmes/trainings
- Liaise and source for suitable vendors, training providers for programmes, trainings, workshops logistics matters including catering, printing etc.
- Management of docent/volunteer related matters such as processing of volunteer identification cards, organising engagement sessions etc.
- Co-ordinate and maintain an up-to-date volunteer database and record-keeping system through the Volunteer Management System (VMS)
- Develop and implement engagement strategies to support organisational initiatives and volunteers’ needs
- Strengthen volunteer capabilities through initiatives such as training workshops, programmes, engagement activities and sharing sessions
- Conceptualise and implement strategies to increase volunteering opportunities
- Other inter/cross-departmental projects as assigned

Mon-Thurs: 9am – 6.30pm
Fri: 9am – 6pm
Location: City Hall MRT Station
Salary: $2800-3000/Month
Contract Duration: 12 Months
Job Requirements:
- Background in Arts, Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communications or Social Sciences with minimum 2 years working experience
- Experience in community engagement, partnerships, programming, volunteer management, organizing community-based events
- Experience working with community groups, volunteers and/or social service sector will be advantageous
- Dynamic, highly driven individual with strong communication, problem-solving, administration and project management skills
- Resourceful, adaptable and meticulous with attention to details
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
Able to work on weekday evenings and weekends if required
