The Services required are set out as follows:
a) To conduct customised ICT-based training for student and staff b) To assist teacher-in-charge of Content Creation CCA and its trainings and national competitions c) To assist in the conduct of ICT-based lessons for students d) To assist in school and department-initiated ICT project(s) e) To generate monthly reports for the relevant ICT systems 2-2 f) To administer school survey and collate, document and provide summary of responses g) To manage and maintain school website h) To manage ICT resource booking i) To administer Student Learning Space (SLS) and other school’s learning management system where applicable. j) To provide ICT support for school events such as take photos/videos of the events and create video montage. k) To manage ICT inventory including asset verification, stock take, loan and track movement of ICT equipment. l) To work closely with HOD/ICT and ICT Manager to spearhead ICT initiatives in the school m) To proactively scans the market for new technology tools to be used by the Content Creation CCA. n) Any other duties as assigned by the School Leaders, HOD/ICT and ICT Manager.
