Our client is a leading financial technology company in Asia, providing banking software and technology services to more than 1000 banking and finance customers globally. The company has more than 6000 employees worldwide. They are looking for a dynamic business leader to manage their portfolio across APAC (mainly SEA and Hong Kong).
Key responsibilities:
- Manage & provide cost estimation for newly initiated projects related to the Core Banking System.
- Lead & manage the Business Analysts Team in preparing the Functional Specifications Document that effectively communicates the business requirements to the Technical Team, R&D, and other relevant technical teams.
- Research, gather, and define product requirements from discussions with clients and partners.
- Ensure project delivery is in full compliance with the testing process and framework and test governance model is adhered.
- Track, monitor, and manage departmental operating expenses and recovery
- Manage & handle various levels of stakeholders tactfully and breach the gap between business & IT.
- Involved in managing countries & project stakeholders' expectations and working closely with the Project Management team in ensuring team deliverables are within SLA and budget.
Ideal Experiences:
- Experienced and proven capabilities in technical, functional and product knowledge in Digital Core Banking and Retail Banking Systems
- 15+ years of extensive experience in test management, project management, stakeholder management, pre-sales, and software development cycle.
- Experience working in a matrix environment with distributed accountability and unclear precedents.
- Broad understanding of various development technologies and trends; developer preferences and challenges.
- Ability to work flexibly and independently in a fluid, start-up environment.
