As an ICT Recruiter, you will need to:
• Source for tech talents using various channels & platforms. • Be the point of contact for the different recruitment stages. • Plan, organise and participate in recruitment drives (Career Fairs, Tech Talks, Uni and Poly Events, etc.). • Partner Universities and Polytechnics in providing internship opportunities for students. • Work closely with hiring managers to fulfil both hiring needs and bringing in quality tech talents to join HDB • Support recruitment team to collect and analyse data that is useful for strategic planning. EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS NEEDED As an ICT Recruiter, you will need to: • Minimum 5 years of experience in hiring tech talents (Eg: Software Engineers, Data Scientist, Data Engineers, UI/UX Designers, Cybersecurity Specialists, Project Managers, etc). • Enjoy speaking to candidates and add value to candidate’s impression of the Job offers and organization. • Work independently but also a great team player. • Believe in data driven results. • Have a creative and innovative mindset to think of different ways to improve our recruitment approaches, processes, and strategies.
