What you will be working on

  • Lead the review and implementation of anti-scam measures across CPF Board
  • Conceptualise, design and set up Concept of Ops for Anti-Scam functions
  • Partner relevant agencies and organisations in strategising approaches to stay abreast of scams landscapes and coordinate initiatives within the organisation to align with Whole-Of-Government anti-scam efforts.
  • Lead fast-paced project timelines and manage time sensitive anti-scam operations with swift decision making and prompt updates to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Lead the unit in representing the Board in working with stakeholders and other Government agencies to assess solutions to tackle any evolving scams modus operandi, re-designing business functions to strengthen security of transactions across the Board.
  • Build anti-scam capabilities to support the end-to-end processes in Detection, Prevention, Protection, and Termination of scams.

What we are looking for

  • Extensive knowledge of the anti-scam developments
  • Demonstrated leadership in reviewing and implementing anti-scam measures in a large organization
  • Experience in leading anti-scam or fraud prevention initiatives.
  • Experience in leading fast-paced project timelines, making swift decisions, and providing prompt updates to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Experience in conceptualising, designing, and setting up the Concept of Operations for anti-scam functions.
  • Good leadership skills to represent the Board and work with stakeholders and other Government agencies.
  • Ability to assess solutions and redesign business functions to enhance the security of transactions.
  • Ability to make swift decisions in high-pressure situations.
  • Ability to convey and exchange thoughts, ideas and information effectively through various mediums and approaches.

The successful candidate will hold the corporate title of Assistant Director/Deputy Director, with seniority based on individual work experiences.
